Önemli Bilgiler

Kongremizde özet bildiri ve tam metin bildiri başvuruları kabul edilecektir. Bildiri son gönderim tarihi 1 Haziran 2026'dır. Kabul edilen bildiriler kongre kitabında yayımlanacaktır.

Bildirilerin değerlendirme sürecine alınabilmesi için, sunumu gerçekleştirecek araştırmacının kongre kayıt işlemlerini tamamlamış olması gerekmektedir. Kongrede sunulmayan bildiriler, bildiri kitabında yayımlanmayacaktır. Kayıt yaptıran her katılımcı en fazla üç bildiri sunabilir.

Bildiri özetleri, ilgili bildiri yazım şablonu kullanılarak ve gönderim kurallarına uygun biçimde hazırlanmalıdır.

Submissions of both abstracts and full papers are welcome for the congress. The deadline for paper submission is 1 June 2026. Accepted submissions will be published in the congress proceedings.

In order for submissions to be included in the review process, the presenting author is kindly expected to complete the congress registration process. Submissions included in the congress programme but not presented during the congress will not be published in the proceedings. Each registered participant may present up to three papers.

Abstracts should be prepared using the relevant submission template and in accordance with the submission guidelines. Participants from Türkiye are kindly requested to submit their abstracts in both Turkish and English. For international participants, submission of an abstract in English only is sufficient.
